Russian attack on Odesa damages family clinic, architectural landmark in UNESCO-protected area – photos

A Russian drone attack on Odesa on the evening of 14 November damaged an architectural landmark – a family clinic located on Pastera Street. The building lies within a UNESCO-protected area.

The explosion damaged windows, doors, the ceiling, roof beams, and walls, and furniture was also broken.

"Currently, windows are being covered with plastic, and the condition of the building and its engineering systems is being assessed. The clinic on Pastera Street will remain closed until the inspection is complete," the city council stated.

In addition, the historic centre of Odesa and other areas of the city suffered significant damage. Two schools, three kindergartens, and nine apartment buildings were affected. Other damaged structures include an auto service centre, a church, commercial properties, a major heating pipeline, private garages, and more than 40 vehicles.

It was also reported that a woman,35, was killed, and ten people were injured.
