Russian troops in Donetsk Oblast shot woman as she was walking down the street
Russian troops have killed a local woman on the outskirts of Terny, a village in Donetsk Oblast.

Details: According to recent reports, Russian soldiers committed yet another war crime in Donetsk Oblast on 10 November. Russian troops on the outskirts of Terny, near the city of Lyman, spotted a local woman as she was walking down a street lined with houses destroyed by Russian attacks.
The Russians opened fire on the woman with small arms, claiming her life.
Law enforcement officers are now conducting urgent investigative actions to establish all the circumstances of the incident and identify the victim.
The pre-trial investigation is being led by the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, under the supervision of the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office.
Parliamentary Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets said he had sent letters to the United Nations and the International Committee of the Red Cross regarding the crime.
