Ukrainian and Russian forces have clashed 158 times throughout the war zone over the past 24 hours.

Details: On the Kharkiv front, Russian forces mounted two offensive actions near the settlement of Vovchansk.
On the Kupiansk front, nine combat engagements have taken place over the past 24 hours. Ukrainian defence forces repelled Russian attacks near the settlements of Kucherivka, Kruhliakivka and Lozove.
On the Lyman front, Ukrainian troops repelled 15 Russian attacks. The Russians concentrated their main efforts near the settlements of Hrekivka, Nevske, Torske and Bilohorivka.
Ukrainian troops repelled a Russian attack near the settlement of Verkhnokamianske on the Siversk front.
Ukrainian forces repelled two attempts by Russian troops to advance near the settlements of Bila Hora and Stupochky on the Kramatorsk front.
The Russians, supported by bomber aircraft, made nine attempts to advance near the settlements of Toretsk, Dyliivka, Shcherbynivka, and Nelipivka on the Toretsk front.
Ukrainian defenders have repelled 39 attacks on the Pokrovsk front over the past 24 hours. Russian troops were most active near the settlements of Promin, Lysivka and Hryhorivka.
Ukrainian defence forces are continuing to hold back the Russians on the Kurakhove front. Russian forces mounted 40 attempts to break through Ukrainian defensive lines near the settlements of Illinka, Novoselydivka, Novodmytrivka, Maksymilianivka, Dalnie, Katerynivka and Antonivka.
Ukrainian defenders repelled five Russian attacks near the settlements of Bohoiavlenka, Trudove and Maksymivka on the Vremivka front.
On the Orikhove front, the Russians stormed Ukrainian positions once near the settlement of Novoandriivka.
Russian forces mounted three attempts to seize Ukrainian positions on the Prydniprovske front over the past 24 hours but to no avail.
The operational situation on the Volyn and Polissia fronts remains unchanged. No signs of a Russian offensive group being formed have been detected.
Russian forces maintain a military presence on the border with Chernihiv Oblast, conducting reconnaissance activities and artillery bombardments.
