Russian troops have attacked Dnipro, causing a fire, on the afternoon of 1 November,

Quote from Lysak: "The enemy has attacked Dnipro. A fire has broken out. We are checking all the details."

Details: Suspilne correspondents reported smoke rising in one of the city's districts, and windows have been blown out.

The Air Force warned of high-speed Russian targets in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast at 12:23 and 12:25.
