Details: Forbes Ukraine, citing its sources, reported on Thursday, 3 October, that the General Staff intends to disband two IT units responsible for over 100 projects and employing around 1,000 IT specialists.
The TSSC noted that the agency is undergoing a broader reform process that will improve its work.
The centre has submitted proposals to enhance its organisational and staffing structure, considering the demand for engineers over the next six months. This adjustment will enable the inclusion of additional new engineers in the workforce.
The TSSC will have to work out the changes by the end of 2024.
"We are focusing on optimising our operations and continuing our development. The Technology Solutions Scaling Centre is not being disbanded but is undergoing a reform process. Following this reform, the Centre will emerge stronger and continue its ongoing projects. This optimisation is aimed at enhancing our efficiency.
Today, the centre exists with the existing staff, work on projects continues, and the centre continues to perform its intended tasks," the Centre said.
