On 4 October, the Russian military attacked Kharkiv Oblast with planes and FPV drones, killing two people and injuring another civilian.

Quote: "On 4 October, at about 16:35, an enemy FPV drone struck Kupiansk, injuring a 37-year-old man who refused hospitalisation. A car was damaged.
The enemy strikes on Borova hromada in the Izium district resulted in fatalities. At around 10:00, the Russian military unleashed two guided aerial bombs on the settlement of Iziumske. A 35-year-old civilian who worked for a local agricultural firm sustained fatal injuries." Details: At 10:10, Russian soldiers employed guided aerial bombs to strike the town of Stepy. A 55-year-old citizen was killed and houses were damaged.
