Zelenskyy thanks France for backing Victory Plan and urges cooperation with partners
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has thanked France for supporting the Victory Plan and called on the French government to work with other partners to achieve a common vision of ending the war.

Details: The President said he met with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot on Saturday and described the meeting as "exactly what we needed".
Quote from Zelenskyy: "I am grateful to France, to President Macron, and to the whole of French society for supporting Ukraine and our defence. We had excellent informative talks in Paris during my visit. We are cooperating productively in defence, in politics, and for the sake of greater resilience for Ukraine and the whole of Europe.
I am grateful to France for its support of the Victory Plan – the points that can really bring real diplomacy and a just peace closer. And we will be grateful to France for working with our other partners to have this common vision – the vision that only a just end to the war can really guarantee a lasting peace."
