Drone debris flies through window in Kyiv: woman undergoes surgery
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko has said that one person has been injured in a Russian drone attack on Kyiv that occurred on the night of 18-19 October.

Quote from Klitschko: "A woman sustained injuries in the Darnytskyi district of the capital during an enemy attack. She was taken to hospital and is undergoing surgery. A small piece of a UAV hit the woman's apartment through the balcony window."
Details: Klitschko said that there had been no other damage to the apartment block.
Popko added that a young woman was injured – she sustained a serious injury to her lower limb.
"As a result of the nighttime Russian drone attack on Kyiv, the facade of the building was damaged in the Dniprovskyi district... the debris damaged parked cars," Popko said.
Background:
