The Verkhovna Rada has "urgently" postponed the dismissal of Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Wednesday, 4 September.

Details: Zhelezniak said that during a series of personnel changes voted on by the government, the issue of dismissing Foreign Minister Kuleba was "urgently postponed".
The reason for the delay is currently not specified.
Background:
- On the morning of 4 September, Kuleba submitted his resignation letter. The ruling Servant of the People party stated that they saw no reason for the Foreign Minister's resignation.
- Ukrainska Pravda sources said that Olha Stefanishyna, Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, is reportedly being considered to replace Denys Maliuska as Ukraine’s Justice Minister. As a result, Stefanishyna will vacate her current position.
- On 4 September, Davyd Arakhamiia, leader of the Servant of the People faction, announced a 'major government reboot,' during which 'more than 50% of the Cabinet's staff' would be replaced.
