Zelenskyy is feeling more positive about US authorisation for strikes deep into Russia

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said he is "more positive" about obtaining authorisation for long-range weapons strikes on Russian territory but that the decision does not depend on the Ukrainian side.

Details: The president said that it is important for Americans to know that Ukraine wants to use the weapons in question only for military purposes.
