Railway workers restore tracks damaged by Russians in Zaporizhzhia

Railway personnel have repaired the damage caused by the Russian attack on the Zaporizhzhia-1 railway station.

Quote: "Railway workers quickly repaired damaged sections of the track and now we are working to restore power," the report said.

Ukrzaliznytsia also stated that scheduled trains in the region are carried out by backup diesel locomotives, so minor delays are expected, but no trains have been cancelled.

Background: A Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia-1 railway station damaged both the building of the station and a train bound for Solotvyno.
