Russian strike on Kharkiv: 3 dead, number of people injured rises to 34 – photos
The number of people injured in a Russian strike on Kharkiv has risen to 34. Three people were killed in the attack. Early reports indicate that the Russians launched eight FAB-500 bombs on residential areas of the city.

Quote from Syniehubov: "So far 28 people are known to have been injured as a result of the Russian strike. People continue to seek medical assistance."
Update: Syniehubov reported at 18:01 that 31 people are now known to have been injured. The youngest is a 17-year-old girl and the oldest is 87. He said most of those who were injured are in a moderate condition. Four people are in a serious condition. Three are undergoing surgery at the moment.

Details: The prosecutor's office noted that the Russians had hit a high-rise building in Kharkiv’s Kyivskyi district with an FAB-500 bomb.
Quote from Filchakov: "The enemy launched eight guided aerial bombs from three Su-34 aircraft from the settlement of Stroitel in Russia’s Belgorod Oblast. Two of the bombs hit the territory of the Tsyrkuny hromada. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.] Six strikes were recorded in the Shevchenkivskyi, Kyivskyi, Saltivskyi and Nemyshlianskyi districts of Kharkiv."
Details: Zelenskyy has reacted to the Russian attack on Kharkiv. He expressed his condolences to all the families and friends of those who were killed or injured and thanked all the states and leaders who are helping Ukraine to protect the lives of its citizens from Russian attacks.

Updated at 18:34: Syniehubov reported that the Russians also struck a civilian bakery business in the city of Kharkiv with an FAB-500 aerial bomb, killing one person and injuring eight.
Updated at 19:51: The Prosecutor General's Office reported that an aerial bomb struck a nine-storey residential building in the city's Kyivskyi district. One woman was killed and 20 people sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity. Law enforcement officers also found evidence of another hit on an area of open ground in the same district.
A bread factory in the Nemyshlianskyi district was also struck by an aerial bomb. One woman was killed and eight people were injured. The victims all worked at the business.
An aerial bomb landed near houses and a playground in the Saltivskyi district. One woman was killed and two people were injured. Another hit on an open location was also reported in the area, this time wounding a man.
In the city's Shevchenkivskyi district, an aerial bomb hit a forested area.
