Russia loses 1,330 soldiers and 81 artillery systems over past day

Russia has lost 1,330 soldiers killed and wounded and 280 pieces of equipment over the past day.

Details: The total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February 2022 and 23 September 2024 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

• approximately 643,750 (+1,330) military personnel;
• 8,784 (+16) tanks;
• 17,252 (+30) armoured combat vehicles;
• 18,414 (+81) artillery systems;
• 1,197 (+2) multiple-launch rocket systems;
• 949 (+0) air defence systems;
• 369 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft;
• 328 (+0) helicopters;
• 15,699 (+71) strategic and tactical UAVs;
• 2,595 (+0) cruise missiles;
• 28 (+0) ships/boats;
• 1 (+0) submarine;
• 25,102 (+79) vehicles and tankers;
• 3,145 (+1) special vehicles and other equipment.
