Nearly 190 combat clashes on battlefield: Russians hit Kursk Oblast with guided bombs
A total of 187 combat clashes occurred on the battlefield over the past day, with the most intense battles continuing on the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove fronts. In Kursk Oblast, where the military operation is ongoing, the Russians have dropped 39 guided bombs on their own settlements.

Details: On the Kharkiv front, the Russsians attempted two assaults near the settlements of Vovchansk and Tykhe. In addition, Russian aircraft struck residential areas and civilian infrastructure in the city of Vovchansk with guided bombs. Furthermore, the Russians targeted the city of Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs and ballistic missiles, resulting in damage to civilian infrastructure and harm to the local population.
On the Kupiansk front, 15 Russian attacks occurred over the day. Ukraine’s defence forces repelled assaults near the settlements of Synkivka, Kruhliakivka, Stelmakhivka and Pishchane.
On the Lyman front, the Russians attacked 18 times, trying to break through Ukrainian defences near the settlements of Druzheliubivka, Cherneshchyna, Nevske, Makiivka, Novosadove and Bilohorivka.
On the Siversk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled three Russian assaults near Verkhnokamianske and Ivano-Dariivka.
On the Kramatorsk front, the Russians attacked near the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Stupochky and Bila Hora four times.
On the Toretsk front, the Russians, supported by aircraft, conducted 12 attacks near the settlements of Dachne, Nelipivka, Toretsk and Shcherbynivka.
On the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 46 Russian assaults and offensive actions toward the settlements of Vozdvyzhenka, Novooleksandrivka, Krasnyi Yar, Hrodivka, Novohrodivka, Marynivka, Myroliubivka and Mykhailivka. The highest concentration of Russian attacks was observed near Novohrodivka.
On the Kurakhove front, Ukrainian defence forces repelled 40 attacks. The Russians were most active in trying to advance near the settlements of Kostiantynivka and Heorhiivka. The Russians also attacked toward the settlements of Tsukuryne, Ukrainsk, Dalne and Zhelanne Pershe.
On the Vremivka front, the Russians conducted seven assaults on Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Katerynivka, Bohoiavlenka, Solodke and Zolota Nyva. The Russians actively used assault and bomber aircraft for strikes there.
On the Huliaipole front, the Russians made unsuccessful attacks near the city of Huliaipole.
On the Orikhiv front, the Russians attempted to assault Ukrainian positions five times near the settlements of Mala Tokmachka and Novodanylivka.
Similarly, on the Prydniprovske front, the Russians launched five unsuccessful attacks on Ukrainian defenders’ positions.
The operation in Kursk Oblast is ongoing. Russian aircraft continue to devastate their own villages and cities. Over the past day, the Russians conducted 19 airstrikes with 39 guided bombs on their own territory.
On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, there is no evidence of the formation of offensive Russian groups.
On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts, the Russians are actively bombarding settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation, using artillery and aircraft.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces continue to inflict significant losses on Russian troops in both manpower and equipment, actively undermining Russian offensive potential in the rear.
