Zelenskyy: All points of Ukraine's victory plan depend on Biden's decision, not Putin's

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that all the points of Ukraine's victory plan, which he wants to present to US President Joe Biden and the US presidential candidates, depend on Biden's decision, not Russian ruler Vladimir Putin's.

And all these points depend on Biden's decision. Not Putin's."

Details: During the conversation, Zelenskyy announced that he intends to present Ukraine's victory plan to US President Joe Biden in September.

The Ukrainian president believes that the plan can help, but does not give a 100% guarantee.

Zelenskyy also said that he wants to disclose the plan to US presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. The US elections are scheduled for autumn 2024.

The president added that he does not need to have a face-to-face meeting, including with Trump, to share Ukraine's plans.
