Sanctions on Russian Lukoil have not decreased oil supply to Hungary and Slovakia
The volume of oil supplies to Hungary, Slovakia and Czechia remained at the previous months' levels despite Ukraine's sanctions against the oil transit of Russian company Lukoil.

Details: Chernyshov said that a contract for oil transit to Hungary, Slovakia and Czechia is currently in effect between Ukrtransnafta, an operator of the Ukrainian main oil pipeline system, and Russia's Transneft, the equivalent company in Russia.
"The volume of supplies in July, by the way, remained at the level of previous months," he said.
Chernyshov stressed that oil refining in Czechia, Hungary and Slovakia has not changed after the sanctions against Lukoil, a major Russian oil and gas company.
"They received the same volume of oil, but the structure of its owners may differ," he added.
Background:
