Grass catches fire in Kyiv due to falling wreckage

Wreckage from intercepted aerial targets has fallen in a forested area of the Dniprovskyi district in the city of Kyiv, setting grass on fire. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.

Quote from Popko: "Kyiv is repelling a combined enemy's missile and drone attack. Wreckage was recorded falling in a forested area in the Dniprovskyi district of the city, resulting in a fire covering up to 50 square metres. No casualties have been reported."

Details: Wreckage was also recorded falling in a forested area of the Desnianskyi district, causing another fire.

"There is no information about casualties. Emergency services are on their way to the scene," Popko wrote.

The all-clear was given in Kyiv at 07:11, but an air-raid warning is still in effect in other oblasts, including the Kyiv region.
