Details: Bekh-Romanchuk, a 29-year-old from Khmelnytskyi Oblast, jumped 14.30 metres on her first attempt, her highest achievement. The Ukrainian’s second jump was not counted because of her passing the line, while the third was somewhat worse than the first, measuring 14.09 m.

The Ukrainian did not meet the qualification standard of 14.35 m, but finished in the top 12. Bekh-Romanchuk ranked eighth in the qualification. Maryna placed sixth in the long jump at the 2021 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.

Korsun, who competed in group B, managed to leap 13.06 m on her first attempt, but she failed to carry it out again owing to exhaustion. Olha was disqualified for two years in 2019 for doping.

The final of the triple jump competition at the 2024 Olympics will take place on 3 August, beginning at 21:20 Kyiv time.
