The 13th Rapid Reaction Khartiia Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU), jointly with the artillery of Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, has stopped another Russian assault on the Kharkiv front.

Details: On 14 August, at 05:00, the Russians tried to carry out an assault on the Kharkiv front. A convoy of military equipment consisting of BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles and two vehicles carrying paratroopers headed towards the positions of the Khartiia fighters.

However, the Ukrainians managed to destroy military equipment and launch an attack on the Russians in close cooperation with the artillery unit of Defence Intelligence of Ukraine thanks to timely detection and planning.

Background: Earlier, Khartiia Brigade repelled a Russian tank assault on the Kharkiv front, burning down five tanks and killing dozens of crew members.
