Russian forces launch UAV attack on Kherson: man killed, 2 more civilians injured
Russian forces dropped explosives from a drone near a drinking water point in the city of Kherson at around 12:50 on 14 August 2024, claiming the life of a man and leaving two other civilians injured.

Details: A local man has been killed in the attack. A man, 62, has been taken to hospital. He suffered a blast injury, brain damage, shrapnel wounds to his head and a cerebral coma.
Another resident, aged 75, sustained blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to his shin. Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder.
Background: On the morning of 14 August, the Russians targeted the city of Kherson and its surroundings, leaving six people injured.
