The Russian military attacked the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi on 9 July, killing two people and injuring four others.

Quote: "The investigation shows that on 9 July, between 16:10 and 16:40, Russian armed forces carried out airstrikes on the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi. Two people were killed, a 73-year-old man and a 67-year-old woman.
