Ukraine's air defence shoots down 9 Russian missiles on 5 July

Ukraine’s Air Force reported that during 5 July, air defence forces shot down four Russian Kh-59/69 guided missiles in the east, as well as five Kh-59 missiles and seven reconnaissance drones in the south.

Details: According to the Air Force, the Russians targeted Poltava Oblast with Iskander-M ballistic missiles and used guided bombs to attack Kharkiv Oblast.

On 5 July, the air defence troops in Ukraine’s South shot down five Kh-59 guided air missiles launched by the Russians from tactical aircraft and destroyed seven spy drones, including four ZALA, two Supercams, and one Orlan 10.
