Ukraine's foreign minister speaks with his newly-appointed UK counterpart

Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, spoke with the new UK Foreign Secretary, David Lammy, and congratulated him on his appointment.

Lammy joined the new cabinet of Labour Party leader Keir Starmer, who was officially appointed Prime Minister of the United Kingdom on Friday following a meeting with the king.
