Over 150 combat clashes occur on front line over past 24 hours – Ukraine's General Staff

Over the past 24 hours, 155 combat clashes have occurred on the front line, with the highest number of assault operations being carried out on the Pokrovsk front – there were 38 of them.

As per the updated information, over the past 24 hours, the enemy launched one missile attack on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas using one missile, 59 airstrikes (involving 111 aerial bombs), and opened fire over 4,000 times, 115 of which involved the use of multiple-launch rocket systems.

Over the past day, Ukraine’s Air Force and Rocket Forces and Artillery conducted 13 airstrikes on enemy forces, destroying two guns, one ammunition storage point, and 3 areas where enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated."

Details: On the Kharkiv front, the Russians continued offensive (assault) operations. There were 19 combat clashes in the vicinities of Sotnytskyi Kozachok, Hlyboke, Lyptsi and Vovchansk.

On the Kupiansk front, there were four Russian attacks. The Ukrainian defence forces repelled Russian attacks near Synkivka, Stelmakhivka and Novoselivka.

On the Lyman front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 14 Russian attacks in the vicinities of Hrekivka, Makiivka, Terny and Nevske.

On the Siversk front, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 10 attacks near Bilohorivka, Verkhnokamianske, Klishchiivka and Vyimka.

On the Kramatorsk front, Ukrainian forces stopped 17 Russian attempts to break through the defences in the areas of Kalynivka, Hryhorivka and Klishchiivka.

On the Toretsk front, the Russians carried out 30 attacks near the settlements of Pivnichne, Toretsk and New-York.

On the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 38 Russian attacks in the areas of Novooleksandrivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Kalynove, Prohres, Lozuvatske, Novoselivka Persha, Yevhenivka, Umanske and Yasnobrodivka, where the Russians, supported by their aircraft, tried to force Ukrainian units out of their positions.

On the Kurakhove front, the Ukrainian defence forces continue to hold back the Russians in the area of Heorhiivka, Krasnohorivka, Nevelske and Paraskoviivka, where they tried to break through the Ukrainian defences 11 times.

On the Vremivka front, the Russians carried out seven attacks on Ukrainian positions near Vodiane and Makarivka (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Orikhiv front, two combat clashes took place in the areas of Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne.

On the Prydniprovske front, the Russians continue to try to drive the Ukrainian defence forces from their positions at the bridgeheads. Two Russian attacks on that front were unsuccessful.

On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts (also known as the Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna fronts), the Russians maintained their military presence, bombarding settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation, and increasing the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine.
