Russians set up 12 organisations to militarise Ukrainian children in occupied part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Russia is actively militarising Ukrainian children in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia Oblast. For this purpose, they have created 12 youth movements which, among other things, are engaged in spreading propaganda.

Details: The Russian occupiers are said to be conducting propaganda activities among children and young people in the occupied cities of Melitopol and Berdiansk.
"The creation of youth movements in the occupied territories is a separate topic. They [the Russians – ed.] are brainwashing our children.
There is a specific official in Putin’s administration who goes to the temporarily occupied territories once a week and oversees how these movements are developing. They are militarising their youth organisations and training children to kill," Kysko reported.
Ukrainian law enforcement officials are working to identify the individuals involved in this process so that they can be served with notices of suspicion of committing criminal offences in absentia and held to account.
Human Rights Watch has detected numerous violations by Russia of children’s right to education in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Russia has implemented its own education system, spreads anti-Ukrainian propaganda, and is carrying out military training.
