Russians drop bomb on Kharkiv's city centre, casualties reported

The Russian forces dropped a guided aerial bomb on Kharkiv, which resulted in casualties.

Quote: "Guided aerial bombs strike practically on the city centre. [They hit] a private residential area. There are casualties."
Details: The mayor later reported two casualties in the strike on a private residential building. There is a fire at the site of the strike. All relevant services are working at the scene.
At 17:50, Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, reported that three civilian men had been injured.
Background:
- On the afternoon of 24 July, the Russians hit Kharkiv again. The mayor of the city specified that an infrastructure facility was targeted. A large-scale fire broke out at the scene of the strike.
- As of 14:40, local authorities reported six casualties as a result of the Russian air strike.
