Russia strikes Mykolaiv Oblast, killing man and injuring mayor of Voznesensk – photo

Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, has reported that the Russians struck a civilian facility in the city of Voznesensk, which led to casualties.

Details: Earlier, Ukraine's Air Force reported that a high-speed target was heading towards the oblast.

Updated at 19:11: On the evening of 10 July, Kim reported that one man had been killed in the missile attack. Eight people had been injured and they are in a moderate condition. The mayor of Voznesensk had been injured as well.
