Ukraine's air defence downs 5 Shahed drones over Mykolaiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts: grass catches fire
Ukraine’s Air Force has destroyed four Shahed drones over Mykolaiv Oblast and one over Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on the night of 9-10 July.

Quote from Kim: "Air defence forces and assets destroyed four Shahed 131/136 UAVs over Mykolaiv Oblast on the night of 9-10 July. Dry grass in an open area caught fire due to the fall of wreckage from the downed UAVs. Firefighters promptly extinguished the fire. There were no casualties."
Details: Another Shahed drone was destroyed by an Air Command Skhid (East) unit in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
Quote from Lysak: "Dry grass caught fire due to falling wreckage. The fire has been extinguished."
Details: Lysak added that the Nikopol district suffered from Russian attacks with artillery and kamikaze drones in the evening and morning.
The Russians attacked the city of Nikopol and Marhanets hromada, damaging infrastructure but without causing casualties or injuries [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.].
