Zelenskyy wants to hold second peace summit this year
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has expressed the desire to hold a second peace summit later this year and hopes for US support on this matter.

Details: Zelenskyy mentioned the Peace Summit in Switzerland, attended by 101 countries and international organisations. He noted that in response to this, Putin had held his own summit with Kim Jong Un in Pyongyang to obtain more artillery for the war against Ukraine.
Quote: "We must react firmly. We must and can organise the second Peace Summit this year based on the Peace Formula – even more powerful, and truly decisive. We need that support from the US."
Background: Zelenskyy is waiting for new ideas next month to achieve peace in Ukraine based on the first founding Peace Summit, which took place in Switzerland on 15-16 June.
