Senders of parcels damaged in Russian attack on Kharkiv post office will be reimbursed

Russian guided aerial bombs struck a Nova Poshta courier service depot in Kharkiv on Sunday, 29 June, sparing the depot staff but killing a truck driver. The depot premises sustained damage, and Nova Poshta promised to reimburse every sender whose parcels have been damaged or destroyed in the attack.

Quote from Nova Poshta: "Russia struck an area near a Nova Poshta depot in Kharkiv at 16:30 today. All staffers who were on shift were in a bomb shelter at the time of the attack and did not sustain injuries, but several truck drivers and other civilians were injured. We regret to say that so far one of the truck drivers has been found dead. State Emergency Service workers have been deployed to the site. Seven trucks have caught fire, another three were damaged. The depot was also damaged. We are waiting on more information."

Details: Nova Poshta also promised that the senders of the parcels that were destroyed during the Russian attack on the depot will be reimbursed the parcels’ value. Parcels that were on their way to the depot will be redirected to another Nova Poshta location, where they will be sorted.
