  • On 20 June, the White House confirmed that the United States will give priority to the supply of anti-aircraft missiles to Ukraine over other countries that have placed orders.
  • A number of media outlets, including the Financial Times, have previously announced that the US intends to stop all open orders for interceptor missiles for the Patriot air defence system until Ukraine has sufficient equipment to defend itself against Russian air attacks.
  • Poland, Romania, and Germany are among the European countries that have open orders for Patriot systems. Spain holds an open order for Patriot launchers, and in January, a coalition of NATO states ordered 1,000 Patriot missiles.
