Local authorities warn Kherson residents about possible provocation by Russians

Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson Oblast Military Administration, has asked residents of Kherson to refrain from moving around the city in the near future due to possible provocations by the Russian invaders.

Quote: "The Russians are spreading yet another PsyOp claiming that ‘a provocation is being planned in Kherson to stage the death of civilians’.
But it is the Russian invaders who have been destroying Kherson for a year and a half, injuring and killing Kherson residents and attacking civilian targets.
Therefore, it is obvious that the only threat to the citizens is the Russian military. And we can now expect terrible provocations from them." 

Details: Prokudin urged residents of the city to avoid moving around the streets unless absolutely necessary and to react to air-raid warnings in the near future.
