The US Department of Defense will monitor the potential movement of North Korean troops into Russia for their involvement in the war in Ukraine.

Details: Ryder said "that's certainly something to keep an eye on".

More details: Ryder also emphasised, "we've seen the kinds of casualties that Russian forces [have]". However, he reiterated that the US will continue to monitor this situation closely.
