170 combat clashes on frontline over past day, with Russians trying to reach Toretsk
Over the past 24 hours, 170 combat clashes took place on the frontline, with Russian troops assaulting nine fronts and trying to approach Toretsk in Donetsk Oblast.

Details: Since the beginning of this day, 48 combat clashes have already taken place. The Russians carried out four airstrikes using nine guided bombs and fired more than 550 times on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.
On the Kharkiv front, two clashes continue near Vovchansk. The situation is under control.
The updated information indicates that on this front, the Russians have lost 93 people killed and wounded, and an armoured combat vehicle, four artillery systems and seven vehicles were destroyed.
On the Kupiansk front, six Russian attacks have taken place since the beginning of the day near Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane and Stelmakhivka. Three Russian attempts to advance were repelled by Ukrainian defenders, and the same number of attacks are ongoing. No positions were lost.
On the Lyman front, Ukrainian troops repelled five Russian attacks near Kopanky and Makiivka. Another firefight is ongoing.
On the Siversk front, the Russians carried out three unsuccessful attacks near Bilohorivka and Vyimka. The situation is tense in the vicinity of Verkhnokamianske, where four combat clashes are currently taking place. The Ukrainian defence forces are controlling the situation.
On the Kramatorsk front, Ukrainian troops successfully repelled a Russian attack near Andriivka. The Russians keep trying to force Ukrainian defenders out of their positions near Chasiv Yar and Ivanivske, where seven combat clashes are currently taking place.
The Russians are trying to get closer to Toretsk. Today, Ukraine’s defence forces units have successfully repelled one Russian attack here, while Ukrainian soldiers are holding back another Russian assault in this area.
On the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian defenders are taking measures to prevent Russian troops from advancing deeper into Ukrainian territory. There have been 13 combat clashes so far today. The Russians are trying to break through from the area of Ocheretyne towards Yevhenivka, Novooleksandrivka and Vozdvyzhenka. Eight Russian attacks were successfully repelled by Ukrainian defenders, and five more are ongoing. The situation is under the control of the Ukrainian defence forces.
The updated information indicates that Russian troop losses on this front yesterday amounted to 210 soldiers killed and wounded, and a mortar and two vehicles were destroyed.
On the Kurakhove front, an assault by the Russians near Heorhiivka was unsuccessful.

On the Vremivka front, two Russian attacks near Kostiantynivka and Urozhaine were unsuccessful.
On the Orikhiv front, an assault by Russian forces near Robotyne was unsuccessful.
