Russians attack residential buildings in Kharkiv

The Russians struck a residential area in one of Kharkiv's largest districts on 25 June with a guided aerial bomb.

Details: At 10:14, the head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration reported a series of explosions in the city. The day before, the Air Force reported the launch of guided aerial bombs in Kharkiv and Donetsk oblasts.
