Russian ruler Vladimir Putin has said that he is not going to withdraw his troops from the territory of Ukraine for negotiations.

Details: The Kremlin leader said that "if Kyiv links negotiations with Moscow to the withdrawal of Russian troops, this will never happen".

He also decided to reiterate that Russia is allegedly ready to continue dialogue with Ukraine on the basis of the Istanbul and Minsk agreements.

Putin also threatened Seoul that its attempts to supply Ukraine with weapons would lead to Russian decisions that "are unlikely to please South Korea".

He also mentioned that Russia is considering possible changes to its nuclear doctrine.
