First joint project of Ukrainian Defence Industry and Rheinmetall commences in Ukraine
The first project in Ukraine under the partnership between Ukrainian Defence Industry JSC and the German defence conglomerate Rheinmetall has been launched: a workshop for the repair and production of armoured vehicles.

A joint production facility of Ukrainian Defence Industry JSC and Rheinmetall has launched in Ukraine – a workshop for the repair and production of armoured vehicles. This is the first project implemented under the partnership between Ukrainian Defence Industry JSC and the German defence giant.
This will now allow faster repair of foreign equipment and, consequently, a quicker return to the front lines. In the future, new models of armoured vehicles will be produced here."
Details: Kamyshin noted that the opening of the workshop will also support the Ukrainian economy. Ukrainian specialists are working in the workshop under the technical supervision of their German counterparts.
"Taxes are being paid in Ukraine. And we are acquiring new technologies," he added.
