The percentage of North Korean weapons that failed proved to be high.

Quote from Kostin: "About half of the North Korean missiles lost their programmed trajectories and exploded in the air; in such cases the debris was not recovered."

Details: Kostin also told Reuters that the prosecutors would continue their investigations into the use of these missiles. In addition, the Prosecutor General’s Office is still clarifying whether Pyongyang sent instructors to observe the ballistic missiles being launched by the Russians.
