Russian drones hit a police officer's car as he was evacuating people from Vovchansk hromada on 21 May. The officer suffered a contusion. (A hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.)

Details: Tymoshko noted that they managed to evacuate people anyway.
Law enforcement officers also documented the aftermath of Russian airstrikes on civilian infrastructure in the city of Zolochiv. Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine reported that the Russian invaders damaged three high-rise apartment buildings, a kindergarten, a school, administrative buildings, and a café.
At least 22 shops were completely destroyed. Previously, the Russian Armed Forces attacked the town using four aerial munitions.
In addition, the Russians damaged households in the village of Myrne, Kupiansk district, and civilian infrastructure in the central part of the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi.
