Belgorod governor reports 15 fatalities due to building collapse
Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations has reported that fifteen people have been killed in a building collapse in Belgorod, and the rubble was being cleared.

Details: At 18:46, the Ministry reported that a sixth body had been removed from the rubble in Belgorod.
The governor of Belgorod Oblast, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that 20 people, including two children, had been injured in the incident on Sunday.
Update: As of 22:00, the death toll had risen to 11, including two children.
As of 23:31, the Russian Emergencies Ministry reported that the body of a thirteenth person had been recovered.
The Russian Emergencies Ministry said on the night of 12-13 May that rescue workers had found the body of a fourteenth person who had been killed.
After 03:00, they reported that rescue workers had pulled the body of a fifteenth person from under the rubble.
