Ukraine's Defence Intelligence reports fire on Russian Serpukhov missile ship – video

Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) has reported that on 7 April a fire broke out on the Serpukhov missile ship in the Russian city of Baltiysk.

Quote: "On 7 April 2024 the Serpukhov missile ship was put out of order as a result of a fire on the territory of an enemy naval base in the city of Baltiysk in Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia.

Serpukhov is a Russian vessel of the project Buyan-M 21631, launched by the aggressor state in 2015."

Details: DIU reported that the ship’s "means of communication and automation were completely destroyed" by the fire. "It will take a long time to restore the combat ability of Serpukhov," DIU added.

Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence also posted a video of the fire.
