Aid for Ukraine should have no limits – Estonian President

Alar Karis, President of Estonia, has stated that Western countries should not put limits on the aid they provide for Ukraine.

Details: Karis pointed out that Russia "does not put limits on its aggression against Ukraine, so we should not put limits on the aid Ukraine is supplied with either".

"Imposing limits on aid for Ukraine will only help Russia plan aggressive strikes," Karis stated at the meeting with Ukraine’s Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

Karis noted that he considers Ukraine’s strikes on military targets in the territory of Russia legal.

"I believe that Ukraine’s attacks on the military targets located in Russia’s rear are totally legitimate – this helps slow down the Russian military machine," he stressed.
