NATO chief says no agreement yet reached on €100 billion fund for Ukraine
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has stated that member countries are still discussing the format for establishing a new fund to assist Ukraine, and Kyiv is also involved in the discussion.

Details: Stoltenberg stated that the idea of establishing a new fund under the auspices of the Alliance was discussed with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba earlier today.
He also stated that the fund is part of NATO's efforts to shift support to a longer-term and more stable basis, which includes "security assistance as well as training and funding".
Quote: "Supporting Ukraine isn't charity. This is an investment in our personal security. And we have yet to make a final decision on what format we will use. But we agreed to start planning," the NATO Secretary General stated.
This planning, Stoltenberg explained, entails the military leadership developing plans and proposals on the basis of which final decisions will be made.
