Protests in support of prisoners of war and the defenders of the city of Mariupol missing under special circumstances were held on 28 April in the cities of Kyiv, Lviv and Kharkiv.

Details: The representatives of the headquarters participated in the protests. Reportedly, thousands of people gathered in the streets of the largest Ukrainian cities.
Friends and family of Ukrainian prisoners of war and the defenders missing under special circumstances, as well as volunteers and regular city residents with flags and posters with words of support formed symbolic human chains.
In the city of Lviv near the monument of Taras Shevchenko, the families of defenders of Mariupol were joined by the wives and mothers of soldiers from other military units captured by Russians or missing under special circumstances.
In the city of Kharkiv hundreds of people gathered near the Universitet metro station with posters about their loved ones held captive by the Russians.
