A total of 275,000 consumers remain without power in Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast, while 440,000 consumers have had their electricity supply restored.

Yesterday, on 22 March, Syniehubov reported that Kharkiv was almost completely without electricity.
Today, electricity supply has been restored to 440,000 consumers. Meanwhile, 275,000 consumers remain without power.
