Details: According to Syrskyi, organisational measures are currently being implemented. Combat experience is being taken into account. The primary goal is to simplify management while increasing its quality and efficiency.
Sirskyi stated that certain groups of troops will be reformatted. First and foremost, this concerns personnel management, including its competent and rational redistribution.
Quote: "One of my top priorities is to set up a rotation of combat brigade personnel.
Some military units have been involved in repelling the Russian Federation's armed aggression since the first days of the full-scale invasion.
Furthermore, it is critical to pay more attention to the issues of rest for our soldiers, restocking of weapons and military equipment, and restoration of brigades' combat capability in general."
