Russian drone strikes apartment block in Vinnytsia Oblast, killing one civilian

A Russian drone has struck an apartment building in Vinnytsia Oblast, injuring four people.

Quote: "A UAV struck a residential building in Vinnytsia Oblast. Three people have been hospitalised. Emergency services are working at the scene."

Updated at 23:41: Borzov clarified that one person was killed in the attack on Vinnytsia Oblast and four others were hospitalised.

Quote: "All services are working at the scene. Work is underway to clear the rubble. More details later."
