Russians attack border areas of Sumy Oblast, injuring four people
The Russians have shelled the town of Seredyna-Buda in Sumy Oblast from the territory of Russia with mortars, injuring four people.

Quote: "According to the investigation, on 14 March 2024 at about 10:00, the Russians shelled the town of Seredyna-Buda in the Shostka district with mortars from the territory of the Russian Federation, using methods of waging war that are banned by international law."
Details: A 44-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman sustained minor injuries due to the attack.
Quote: "After receiving medical treatment, the injured man went to help other locals who were dealing with the aftermath of the attack. The enemy then attacked the town again, this time using FPV drones. The man and two other residents aged 43 and 64 received shrapnel wounds."
Details: In addition to this, the Russians damaged at least seven private houses and a car.
