US Congress bipartisan delegation arrives in Kyiv – photo

A bipartisan delegation of the United States Congress has arrived in Kyiv, headed by the chairman of the Intelligence Committee.

Details: On the afternoon of 9 February, Brink posted a photo of the delegation meeting at the Kyiv railway station.

She said that the delegation is headed by Republican Mike Turner, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, and also includes members of the same committee, Republican French Hill, Democrat Jason Crow, Democrat Abigail Spanberger, and Republican Zach Nunn, a member of the Financial Services Committee.

Background: On 8 February, the US Senate took a step towards passing a package of aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. However, the chances of its approval in the House of Representatives remain uncertain.
