Civilian killed and teenager injured in Russian attack on Sumy Oblast
A man was killed, and one more civilian was injured in a Russian attack on Sumy Oblast on Saturday, 17 February.

Quote: "The enemy launched mortar bombardment of a village in the Khotin hromada at 12:45 on 17 February (a hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.).
A total of 11 explosions were reported.
Early reports indicated that one man had been killed and another civilian injured in the attack."
Details: The bombardment damaged houses and the premises of a farm.
Updated: Later, Sumy Oblast Prosecutor's Office reported that a 15-year-old teenager was wounded in the attack on the Khotin hromada.
Quote from the Prosecutor's Office said: "On 17 February 2024, at about 13:30, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the occupiers fired mortars at the civilian infrastructure in the Khotin hromada of Sumy Oblast. As a result of the enemy attack, a 64-year-old resident of the village of Kindrativka was killed, a 15-year-old teenager was wounded, and a private house was damaged."
